SOFA

For this color palette, I really wanted a deep plum color that would be the base and set the tone for the rest of the space. I liked that the design of this sofa was also not overly fussy and had simple, clean lines.

THROW PILLOWS

I definitely wanted to mix together a collection of different colors while not getting too far from the core of the design so I chose these colors that compliment each other very well but still have an “eclectic” feel to them.

AREA RUG

I instantly fell in love with this area rug and thought it would be perfect to help tie everything together. Since the eclectic look can get “messy” fast, I wanted to keep the colors relatively similar to the rest of he palette so as not to overwhelm with the bold pattern.

ACCENT CHAIR

I chose to keep the accent chair very neutral so as not to add too much saturation to this palette, while still keeping the design unique with the style of the chair.

SIDE TABLE

I chose this side table for it’s neutral color and modern look to keep the chic aspect of this eclectic chic design.

FAUX PLANT

I liked the idea of a rubber plant for this space because of it’s fairly modern look. The shape, color and consistency all went well with the rest of the palette.

SHELVING

A very relaxed and casual look, this book shelf was perfect for the space and great to add any additional accent pieces that will help to bring the look of the space together.

ART

For all of the art pieces, I centered it around the chinese dragon. I felt as though the style and color were perfect for the look I wanted to achieve and the other two art pieces compliment it perfectly.

LIGHTING

I really like the cascading appearance of this floor lamp and felt as though it would add a dynamic appearance without being too large for the space.

WINDOW TREATMENT

The color of these curtains is what originally caught my eye. I felt as though it would be perfect to tie in some of the stronger colors located throughout the rest of this palette.
